Possible to uniquely identify a snapshot in time of a tariff object

There is a potential requirement from EI for the DSO:s to store all tariff object, even incorrect, for 3 years.

Ideas to solve this:

• A snapshot hash that uniquely identifies one tariff object, not the same as a tariffId. tariffId will remain the same if it was replaced for the same validPeriod.
• A "deprecated" or "replaced" status flag since "validPeriod" will incorrectly signal it is valid.
• Update the validPeriod end to the date when a tariff became ivalid/replaced
