- publish-bridge is now a proper NM dispatcher;
- Add --all mode used by the systemd service to publish every bridge present at boot time;
- Add qubes-publish-bridges.service: a oneshot unit that runs publish-bridge --all after the network is up;
- Update Makefile, RPM spec, and Debian packaging;
- Drop ifupdown hooks;
- Add .qubesbuilder and README;
- Add harden-bridge script called by publish-bridge on each bridge interface.
