Tested on 9.2.x from the order detail page. Before: <h1>Title</h1> <b>bold</b> showed as a heading and bold text, and line breaks were lost, also in a multi-line employee message. After: plain text with the line breaks kept. Messages like
"Thanks <3" or "price < 10 or > 5?" still read fine.
