Corrected documented mcporter examples that passed quotes inside named arguments. Values without spaces now use bare key=value; values with spaces quote the whole token. Updated skill, installation, and troubleshooting docs and added regression coverage for packaged examples.

Fixes #679

Verification:

  • python -m pytest tests/test_skill_command.py -q — 11 passed, 16 subtests
  • python -m pytest tests -q — 554 passed, 28 skipped; 4 pre-existing Windows symlink-privilege failures
  • ruff check agent_reach tests — passed
  • git diff --check — passed

skill: mcporter examples use key="value" quoting that breaks non-interactive calls (quotes become part of the value)
