Resolves conflicts in #246 (itself a clean re-derivation of #218) and supersedes it. #246 lives on a contributor fork, so its actual PR branch couldn't be updated in place once other driver PRs (#248, #249, #250) landed on main and touched the same shared registration files.
Conflicts were additive in
src/device/controller.ts(NEEDS_OPENgainedDareuHidClientalongside other recently-landed drivers) andpackage-lock.json(regenerated against latest@openmouse/protocol).npm run check: 135/135 tests pass.
