Fixes OpenLiberty/ci.common#550
In the ci.common PR OpenLiberty/ci.common#550 we have changed the the expansion variable's log level from INFO to DEBUG, so here we have to ignore the test case implemented to check those messages on the GH Workflow. So I had to use @ignore annottation here to keep it consistent with the ci.maven changes in the PR OpenLiberty/ci.maven#2108.
