Add new variants to the firmware selector on the website #390

Description

@PetruSoroaga

On the public openIPC website, where the users can generate the install instructions for their SOC, there is a dropdown to select the variant: fpv, lite, ultimate, etc.
I would like to add there the variant rubyfpv, for the following SOC: sigmastar ssc338q, goke7205 v200, v210 and v300.
Those SOC do have a rubyfpv variant defined and working in the firmware repo.
Thank you.

Leaving this open, but it needs nothing from the website — the work is entirely
in this repo, so retitling or relabelling it might help it find an owner.

The variant dropdown is no longer a fixed list. It is built per SoC from the
release index, so any edition published as openipc.<board>-<flash>-<edition>.tgz
appears on its own. neo is the proof: nobody touched the site for it, and
hi3516ev300 currently offers

{"nor":["lite","ultimate","neo"],"nand":["ultimate"]}

An edition the site has no translation for is labelled by its own name rather
than rendering as a missing-translation placeholder, so rubyfpv would show up
as "Rubyfpv" until someone adds a nicer label. That is a five-minute change once
there is something to label.

The blocker is that no rubyfpv edition is built. In this repo rubyfpv is a
package — general/package/rubyfpv/ — not a variant: there are no
*_rubyfpv_defconfig files for ssc338q, gk7205v200/v210/v300 or anything else,
and the latest release publishes only lite (69), ultimate (37) and neo (7)
tarballs. Nothing named rubyfpv or fpv is in it.

So what this needs is <soc>_rubyfpv_defconfig for the four boards and their
entries in the release build matrix. The website will pick them up the same day
without a change.

RubyFPV is installable from openipc.org now, along with the other FPV stacks built in OpenIPC/builder:

RubyFPV is offered where builder publishes it: SSC338Q and SSC30KQ. gk7205v200's profile exists but isn't built (OpenIPC/builder#186). gk7205v210/v300 have no RubyFPV profile.

Done in #404, OpenIPC/firmware#2548, OpenIPC/majestic-webui#640, OpenIPC/builder#184 (the wfb-ng variant is now named wfbng; old fpv file names keep working for cameras in the field) and OpenIPC/builder#185 (a new Waybeam build for SSC338Q).
