feat(prowler): chunk12 add the Azure service routes (#422)

Part of #422.

Chunk 12 of the Prowler injector stack: add the Azure service routes — the CHK.012 Azure service assessment: the BDD suite (behaviour, OCSF status / lifecycle logs / verbose diagnostics / OCSF capture fixtures), the Azure service routes in contracts/azure.py with shared finding selection across the provider contracts, the _core/prowler_client/ wiring, their registration in the registry / __init__, and the cross-chunk BDD updates (chk001, chk007, chk008, chk009, chk010, chk011) plus the chk006 unit registry expectations.

Re-landed from feat/422-prowler-chk012-service-azure-assessment (5379174..c380314): 9 source commits folded into 3 (M1: 2a84ea0; M2: 9e80480 + 8c407b0 + 10aebe2 + 13ea7c4 + 57fc742 + c380314; M3: daafe1b + b1b6009). M2 landed at the source-final post-image of the CHK.012 BDD suite, so all four later alignment commits folded in as content with zero conflicts. Gate V (whole-branch tree vs source tip c380314): byte-identical except (a) the 14 pyproject.toml version differences of the other injectors (base move to 3.260821.0; prowler/ untouched), (b) the 9 trap-analysis.md files (chk004–chk012) excluded by standing call, and (c) one approved deviation — the pinned pyoaev version assert removed from prowler/tests/unit/chk006_executable_base/test_outputs_registry_runtime.py.
