`oxlint` already ran on `.`, but `oxfmt` was limited to a hand-maintained list of directories that had to grow with every new package. Point both scripts at `.` and run them through the package scripts in the pre-commit hook, in parallel. Add the same skill-directory ignore patterns `oxlint` uses to `.oxfmtrc.json` so the generated agent skills are skipped, and skip the deprecated Django backend in `apps/backend/legacy/`.
The workflow typechecked, tested and linted, but never ran `format:check`, so a PR could drift from `oxfmt` without CI noticing.
Now that `format` runs on `.`, format the files it newly covers so `format:check`, the pre-commit hook and the new CI step pass. Mostly markdown table alignment, JSON key ordering in package manifests and semicolon removal in generated contract/migration artefacts, plus the SIGARRA OpenAPI spec and its Fern overrides.

Closes #923
What does this PR do?
Replaces the hardcoded list of formatted paths with repo-wide formatting rules, and enforces them in both the pre-commit hook and CI.
lintrunsoxlint .,format:checkrunsoxfmt --check ., andformatrunsoxfmt .. Paths that should not be formatted (agent skill directories andapps/backend/legacy/) are listed in.oxfmtrc.json.bun run --parallel lint format:checkin place of the hardcodedbunx oxfmtandbunx oxlintcalls..github/workflows/codeanalysis.yamlgains a "Check formatting" step that runsbun run format:check.bun run formatapplied to the whole repository. Most of the diff is mechanical: Markdown table alignment, emphasis markers, YAML and JSON quoting and layout, and the generated Prisma migration package and contract snapshot underapps/backend/migrations/.The commits are split so reviewers can separate behaviour from formatting: the first commit changes the config and hook, the second adds the CI step, and the third is the formatting-only pass.
How to test
bun installbun run lintandbun run format:checkfrom the repo root. Both should pass..tsfile) and rungit commit. The commit should be rejected byformat:check.cd apps/backend && bun run typecheck && bun run test, to confirm the reformatting did not break anything.docker compose up -d --waitand thenbun run migratefromapps/backendon a fresh database, to confirm the migration package still applies.Screenshots

Additional Context & Mockups
Implemented on the
limwa/923-format-lint-scriptsbranch as three commits: the script/hook/ignore changes, the new CI step, and the resulting formatting pass (25 files — markdown table alignment inREADME.md,AGENTS.mdandapps/backend/docs/, JSON key ordering in the manifests, YAML quoting in the workflows anddocker-compose.yaml, plus the generated Prisma migration package and contract snapshot underapps/backend/migrations/).The generated Prisma artefacts are formatting-only:
prisma migration showstill reports the samemigrationHashandcontract:emitthe same storage hash. If that churn is unwanted,apps/backend/migrations/**would be the next candidate forignorePatterns.Verified locally:
