Our cupid-analysis environment is using a new version of setuptools that does not include pkg_resources
To Reproduce
From the command line, run
$ conda activate cupid-analysis
$ python
>>> import mom6_tools
Expected behavior
Expect that import statement to work, but it doesn't

Issue has been reported to mom6-tools repo: NCAR/mom6-tools#75
