Test incoherent pairs overlay in 3x release

This came up as something that potentially is broken in the tutorial, so we should make sure it works with edm4hep versions of the incoherent pairs (which need to be made since right now we mainly/only have LCIO).

Hi @madbaron, can you verify that the intended syntax for running with BIB + IPP is like:

k4run "$MUCOLL_CONFIG/$MUCOLL_CONFIG_NAME/digi_reco_steer.py" --inputFiles sim_output.edm4hep.root --outputFile my_bib_digi_reco_combined.edm4hep.root --histoFile my_histos4.root --doOverlayFull --OverlayFullNumberBackground 10 --OverlayFullPathToMuPlus /data/fmeloni/DataMuC_MAIA_v0/v9/BIB10TeV/sim_mp/ --OverlayFullPathToMuMinus /data/fmeloni/DataMuC_MAIA_v0/v9/BIB10TeV/sim_mm/ --doOverlayIP --OverlayIPBackgroundFileNames "/data/fmeloni/IncoherentPairs/sim/pairs_cycle1.edm4hep.root"

I am running from the tutorial (the sim particle gun file is directly from tutorial commands), and this doesn't quite work. In comparison to the BIB only run, which works, I get my first PFO printed out followed by a seg fault.

The failure comes from chaining the two algorithms and the issue we are trying to patch in key4hep/k4FWCore#425.
In any case the best solution is to overlay both background components in the same overlay algorithm (as done in #43), I'll open a PR in a moment to reimplement that with OverlayTimingRandomMix as key4hep/k4FWCore#413 might still take a moment.
