Stand up guineapig_mumu repo

Goals:

• Get hacked guineapig setup working. https://github.com/lawrenceleejr/guineapig_mumu (private repo. high security stuff.)
• Work with @mattleblanc to figure out how to get gp output into a FLUKA propagation into MAIA.
• Provide some useful info from a GP output to compare to what we currently have at particle level.

Now goal: write a setup that in one line docker setup it'll generate N events and spit out a hepmc file. Then we can run that through the sim to get new overlay files.

As of this commit lawrenceleejr/guineapig_mumu@2288597 I was able to run 1k events.

• there's now a cut in the hepmc output at 15 MeV.
• I was then able to push this through the ddsim stage outlined in the tutorial to get an output on one event.
• I was then able to use that in the overlay for an electron gun sample.
