I build and integrate the systems behind banking and payments—from core-platform customization and payment messaging to cloud migration and production support. My work connects business requirements with the engineering needed to deliver reliable financial services.
Currently a Senior T24 Developer at Commercial Bank of Qatar, previously a Technical Consultant at Temenos. My experience spans banking programmes across the Middle East, India and Europe, with deep expertise in Temenos and a broader focus on financial technology.
- Payments modernization: Temenos Payments Hub, ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS and regional payment integrations.
- Core banking: Temenos Transact, Arrangement Architecture, lending, deposits, accounts and Islamic banking; customization, upgrades and migration.
- Backend & integration: Java, Spring Boot, InfoBasic/jBC, SQL, REST APIs, IRIS, OFS and messaging with IBM MQ.
- Cloud & delivery: Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and CI/CD, alongside SIT/UAT, production troubleshooting and release support.
End-to-end TPH development and delivery, connecting payment systems with core banking, AML and fraud platforms, through deployment and post-go-live support.
MT-to-MX transformation, SWIFT delivery configuration and payment-processing work involving CHAPS and MEPS+.
T24 R19-to-R22 upgrade work, including Arrangement Architecture migration, data mapping, reconciliation and SIT/UAT support.
On-premises-to-Azure migration activities and infrastructure deployment using Terraform.
- Apache Sedona: published documentation sitemaps at each language root so localized pages are discoverable by search engines.
- Quarkus: corrected numbered callout lists in documentation examples.
- Archify: restored preview updates by falling back to polling when the file watcher fails.
- TDHook: simplified nested-key handling by using TensorDict's native key type.
- Needle: fixed release tagging so versioned distributions point to the correct source.
- Semantiq: added regression coverage that validates the checked-in ecosystem benchmark pack.
- LoopX: repaired governance links to their canonical project-policy documents.
- MTPLX: fixed scrolling for long chat drafts; the change shipped in release 2.11.1 with authorship retained.
- Radar: added cleanup TTL visibility for Kubernetes Jobs, CronJobs and ScaledJobs, with regression coverage across resource types.
- OpenMAIC: preserved planned audio during chunk assembly and guarded retries against stale audio artifacts.
- TencentDB Agent Memory: strengthened Python SDK response validation for malformed falsey payloads.
- Manim: improved transformation errors by reporting runtime class names.
I’m developing Java/Spring Boot prototypes and exploring how AI-assisted workflows can support financial operations, document review and engineering delivery. My interests include human-in-the-loop review, retrieval-grounded answers, MCP-based tool access and evaluation.
These are experiments in progress, separate from my professional banking delivery experience—not production banking products. See the AI Lab on my portfolio for the areas I’m exploring.
I welcome conversations about payments modernization, core-banking transformation, enterprise integration and practical AI for financial services.
