development -> ci-basedelta as #67, regenerated each rebuild.ci-base(tree46ac8130), so CI runs the same gates and the failing state is intentionally preserved — the PR surfaces exactly what's red on ci-base.development, so the PR shows 1 commit instead of the full rebuild history.Current gate failures (expected to be visible here)
