This metadata version was generated by rerunning samples through the preprocessing pipeline using the updated transformation function. This update addresses samples with extremely low counts and adds quality-control flags (max_lt_10, min_lt_0, and rounding_error) to the metadata for reference.
The updated unified pseudobulk dataset has also been uploaded to Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/records/22668580)
