Implements the basic form of the compendium browser. Currently it has the ability to detect all compendiums in a given list (which are currently defined by a hidden setting) then display items in sorted, filtered lists based on type. You can then use a fuzzy search to find specific items, and exclude specific subtypes from the listing.
