- Implement tests for PEP 560 (Type Hinting Generics In Standard Collections) to validate __class_getitem__ behavior. - Add tests for PEP 586 (Literal Types) to ensure proper handling of literal parameters and runtime behavior. - Introduce tests for PEP 589 (TypedDict) to verify class-based syntax, totality, and inheritance scenarios. - Create tests for PEP 591 (Final qualifier for types) to check the behavior of final decorators and annotations. - Add tests for PEP 3119 (ABC) to validate abstract base classes and abstract methods. - Implement a test suite for validating the runtime modules and mip manifests in the `mip/` folder. - Enhance existing tests to include vendored MicroPython packages required for runtime tests. Sorry for the problems - I did a too quick manual merge between multiple repos & branches with typing changes , and I messed up 😒. To help prevent this is the future I added a bunch of tests that i had already developed for micropython-lib/micropython and added them to the CI here as well. would you please check if this fix indeed resolves the issues you reported ?

Update typing stubs and add the abc module.
Also enhance testing for various PEPs related to typing and runtime behavior.
Improve CI workflow and remove misplaced artifacts.
Version updated to 1.28.0.
