Instead of duplicating code from TrixiTest.jl, this reuses
@trixi_test_include_baseso changes to@trixi_test_include_basedirectly land here. See trixi-framework/TrixiTest.jl#39 (comment) for more context (this is part of step 7, i.e., it moves SBPExtra.jl from group 3 to group 2).
