Register remaining dependencies in the General registry#19

Semisimple.jl is now registered in General; the installation docs already point at it.

Base62 and ZeroLocus62 are still installed by URL. Once they are registered:

  • simplify the installation section in docs/src/getting_started.md to plain Pkg.add calls
  • drop the corresponding [sources] entries from Project.toml
  • consider registering PartialFlagVarieties.jl itself

(Reminder issue requested by Pieter.)

    Completed on main: PartialFlagVarieties and ZeroLocus62 are registered in General, Base62 was removed as unused, dependency URL overrides were removed, and both README.md and docs/src/getting_started.md now install with Pkg.add("PartialFlagVarieties").
