Orphans

I'm trying to get to a point where orphans are contained in their own module in #35, which will at least make all orphans intentional, but I am wondering if there is a better way for those instances? Add them to slist?

Not sure this is important, just trying to be tidy. Please close if you don't think this ticket is useful.

Adding them to their appropriate upstreams makes sense. one of them has already been added to ImplicitCAD, but we're stuck on an old version for now...
