Restore the 1024 px plugin icon - #55

The directory's 256 KiB rule covers only files that are not images or fonts, so the icon returns to the site's 1024 px PNG, byte for byte. The limits test now skips image files for the size check; the icon test still requires a square PNG under 2 MB. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
