Add a new Claude skill file (.claude/skills/green-software-pattern/SKILL.md) that defines the Green Software Pattern Creator. Includes workflow, required template, 11 core quality principles, title/category/persona/tag rules, SCI and cost impact guidance, assessment framework, formatting/self-review checks, and output instructions. Designed to produce publication-ready GSF pattern .md files and guide reviewers. Last updated 30 July 2026.
