Blender 3MF Export Produces Tiny Models

I have the following Blender configurations:

• Unit Scale: 0.001
• Length: Millimeters

A cube with a 10 mm edge, when exported to the 3MF format, appears extremely small when the file is loaded (for example, in PrusaSlicer).

The same issue occurs when exporting from Blender 5.0.0 as well as 4.5.4.

The bug is fixed in the pull-request.

However, in the same vein, the class for importing the 3MF format also needs to be corrected.
