chore: remove the stray openapi .orig merge leftover - #62

`openapi/public-api-v1.yaml.orig` (67,829 lines) was committed by accident in #57. Nothing reads it: the type generator and the spec drift check both use `openapi/public-api-v1.yaml`, and the package only ships `dist`. Ignore `*.orig` so merge leftovers stay out of future commits.
