Description
This PR adds a hero section to the home page, based on Jenny's suggestion in PR #314 .
Previously, the home page didn't explain what the Account Console is or why users might want to open it, the only entry point was the Console link in the navigation.
The new hero gives the Console more context and provides a clear entry point from the home page.
