Doc Site Gifs Showing Real Policies

It would be nice if people could create PRs over time that slowly add gifs showing reasonable, real and interesting learned policies, so that we aren't just showing random ones like we are at present

Note that we want to generate these gifs with the white board rendering change that at time of writing is on main but not yet cut to PyPI
