Adds a tag that explains how to get a Spark performance report which would be useful in the player support channels.

I expect that my wording could be better since I quickly typed this up, so all feedback is welcome.

Spark wiki should be spark docs/documentation (that's what it calls itself)

Perhaps mention that the user needs to reproduce the issue within those 15 seconds.

And mention that they can profile the client with sparkc.

Rewrote it so it includes sparkc, mentions the issue should happen during the time interval, has 60 seconds instead of 15 seconds in the example command, and says "please".
