Summary

Load Mermaid only when a document contains a Mermaid diagram.
Use the browser print dialog for PDF export, without generating a PDF during startup or requiring the local headless Chrome flow.
Improve nested task lists and add Obsidian-style callouts with foldable titles.

go test ./...
Browser checks for printing after the local server exits, callout behavior, keyboard interaction, and nested task styling.
