Updated Reprojection to a Button and Popover.
Moved reprojection to Globalsettings
Updated Animation settings to being a popover as well as some switchers.
Updated the Colorbar adjust UI to work with dark mode.
Updated Transectmeshes to align with pixels and have the correct scaling. It was also improperly disabled for awhile
