The mini and the mega forms each move a dozen attributes at once, and the tooltip of the items granting them listed every single one: a wall of text where two lines would do. A power-up can now carry a description of its own, written line by line, and one that does keeps its attribute modifiers for the advanced tooltips (CTRL + H) rather than showing them to everyone. A power-up that says nothing keeps listing them, since it is all it has to show, which is what a data pack adding one gets until it writes a description of its own. The mini, mega and cloud forms get one. The mini one says that a sprint started on dry land carries you over water, and the cloud one what the platform does and that water and rain wash the form away — its action now writes the trigger key in the tooltip, like the projectile one already did.
