[Feature Request]: Enable the Update Rules Now button when Managed by Policy #180

Please confirm:

• I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.

Problem Statement

We use a centrally managed rules.json file. The issue is every time we add an exclusion the client needs to wait up to the interval time for the policy to refresh. If we set it in 1 hour, that means a blocked site might be inaccessible for up to an hour.

Benefits for MSPs

Showing the Update Rules Now button will allow our techs or the client to simply click there after we added the exclusion.

Value or Importance

This is required, otherwise, we can't deploy Check to our clients (noone will wait up to an hour to enter a site they need and may be incorrectly flagged by Check)
