This puts the doc change for validator-keys back now that 26.8.0 release is published.

Overview
Restores CLI reference updates for
--validator-keysthat document pairing a keystore directory with one password file (KEY_DIR:PASS_FILE), in addition to directory pairs and per-key file pairs.The syntax line and examples now include that form, with a new tab showing
--validator-keys=/home/validator/keys:home/validator/password.txt. The narrative clarifies that when directories are used, Teku still expects matching.json/.txtnames unless a single password file is given, in which case that file decrypts every keystore in the directory.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 757c53f.
