- Adds text to the search toggle to make it more clear
- Add helper text below free form search box to explain how to use it. Hide the text after query is done and results are there (or is no results message is there)
- Change the add icon for adding properties/tags to primary color, add text, and custom tooltip to make it more obvious how to add props/tags to search

Changes:
- Adds search-mode labels and conditional search guidance.
- Makes property/tag controls more prominent and updates help text and tests.
- Shows Plotting navigation only when
USE_AAis enabled.
