For baremetal instances, flavor resources aren't useful, so we show a link to the hardware catalog instead of vcpu,memory,disk. This is customized on the instance details overview tab, and the popover for the instances table flavor column. Instead of setting this to baremetal or vm behavior site-wide, set it per instance so that they coexist.
