Code Formatting in LLM generated code

The code formatting is currently missing whitespace and is therefore hard to read as indents are missing and new lines for logical blocks would be helpful. Maybe also add syntax highlighting.

Hi @Micky261, I am aware of this issue. I will try to preserve the indentation of the generated code. For generated LLM Explanation, I was using a function to clean up the white spaces. This also inadvertently removes the indentation. I will fix it as soon as possible
