Publish on PyPI or conda-forge or both?

It would be much easier to install this tool if it were published in a package repository like PyPI or conda-forge or anything similar. To make things easier for my group, I've packaged and distributed my own fork of LDSC ported to Python 3 with bugs fixed on PyPI for the last few years: https://pypi.org/project/ldsc/

I'd be glad to hand over the name to your group to publish and maintain. There's also a Bioconda distribution of ldsc that needs to be updated: https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/blob/master/recipes/ldsc/meta.yaml

Huh, I noticed that your main branch is a fork of ours! It looks like you've missed out on a whole lot of recent improvements, though.

Would you be interested in integrated some of the fixes and improvements we've done since you forked off from us? https://github.com/belowlab/ldsc
