Ping changer does not work

I would like to use TS3 crasher 3.1.7 to change my ping but when I say to someone what is my ping he tells me my real ping and also and receive private messages style ~ setconenctioninfo ...

My guess is you don‘t have TS3Hook/TS3Patch/TeaConnect installed.
And this works only on clients with version 3.1.7 or lower (which nobody should use nowadays)
