@Jiaxin2018 We need to add the description, url, license of over 250 tools, following these steps:

• check if they are here https://github.com/BioContainers/containers
• check if they are in cpan, cran or pypi.
• check if they are in conda.

Example of updated container (https://github.com/BioContainers/containers/blob/4ecdf0a478b89f80eaa2d01ca7c26073e09e74f9/pbsuite-utils/15.8.24dfsg-3-deb-py2/Dockerfile) and the tool that i update in the PR #41
