从解包文件gamedata_const.json中获取富文本标签对应的颜色，将形如'<@ba.vup>'转为形如'<span style="color: #FF6237; font-size: inherit">' 将中文字符前的‘<’和中文字符后的'>'转为'<'和'>' <$ba.+>为游戏内术语标签，将至转换为'<span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: inherit">'（下划线） 添加'0.0%'模版解析，修复带小数点的百分比数值无法正确转换
