Containerized cloud-native demo application that showcases:
- A Python/Django web service
- MySQL master / slave (primary / replica) topology
- ProxySQL in front of the database layer to split read and write queries
- Docker for containerization
- Kubernetes manifests for orchestration
- GitLab CI/CD for automated build, test, and deployment
This project was built as a final project for a Cloud Computing–style course and is meant to be a small but realistic example of a production-like stack.
