Putt-Putt is a digital rendering of the classic game, written in Ruby.

Installation

Requirements

• Tested on:
  • Windows - 7 6.1
  • MacOS - Darwin 17.2.0
  • Linux - Mint 18.3 Sylvia
• Ruby 2.4.1+
• gosu

Procedure

$ gem install gosu

Download Putt-Putt .zip, unzip, navigate to ../PuttPutt/

$ ruby main_game.rb

Instructions

From Menu:
[UP] + [DOWN]    : Navigate
[ENTER]          : Select

During Gameplay:
[LEFT] + [RIGHT] : Move Arrow Left/Right
[UP]             : Hold to Charge Shot, Release to Fire
[X]              : Hold to Enter X-Ray Mode
[Q]              : Enter God Mode
[ESC]            : Quit Game

While in God Mode:
[ALL ARROW KEYS] : Move Ball
[W]              : Exit God Mode
