Wraps graphql-inspector diff on the shared external-tool auditor base: text-report parser with upstream ChangeType rule ids, declared breaking/dangerous/non-breaking severity mapping, content-based exit-1 disambiguation, required OldSchema/NewSchema pointers, builtin-only DiffRules, and code-loading ExtraArguments guards. Disabled by default; provisioned verify-only with a pinned 7.0.0 release. graphql-inspector resolves each --rule name against its working directory
(the audited repository root) and requires a hit as code before consulting
its builtin rule table, so a repo-root file named e.g. dangerousBreaking
would execute audit-subject code in-process and could suppress findings.
VerifyToolAsync now probes the repository root for files shadowing the
configured DiffRules entries via ProbeRepositoryFilesPresentAsync and throws
AuditUnavailableException when any is present. Also rejects the joined short
form -r<module> in ExtraArguments, matching the base helper semantics.
