… contracts

Adds CodeyBox.ImportLinterAuditorPlugin wrapping lint-imports on the shared
external-tool auditor base. lint-imports has only exits 0 and 1, with exit 1
covering both broken contracts and every could-not-run path, so the text
parser separates verdict from failure on the "Contracts: N kept, M broken."
summary line and fails closed as infrastructure on anything else. Findings
carry the contract name as rule id and module:line locations; warnings map to
advisory severities through the declared mapping. Pinned to import-linter
2.15.0 (PEP 440 two-part releases are zero-padded for the shared pin
comparison), verify-only tool requirement, disabled by default.
