Deprecated `drvapi` in `numba-cuda`

Hi there! numba-cuda maintainer here. I'm here after scanning github for open source usages of soon to be deprecated numba CUDA APIs. Just a heads up the drvapi being used here is being deprecated soon.

By the way, if you have not already tried numba-cuda for cuda features, I'd recommend giving it a try! This way you can get support for things like the latest version of cuda automatically.
