Is tool correctly supporting hg38 coordinates?

Hi Ahmed,
the current version only supports hg19 coordinates (so, you should liftover the SV coordinates to hg19 prior to their analyses). But, we are working on an upgrade of the tool and one of the objectives is to handle more recent genome versions.
