How do I install the watch app?

There are two ways to install WatchCloud on an Apple Watch:

1) Open the Watch app on iOS, scroll down to WatchCloud in the list of apps, tap install

OR

2) Open the App Store on the Apple Watch, search for WatchCloud, tap install

What is this app?

WatchCloud is a watchOS app that makes it possible to stream SoundCloud directly to your Apple Watch.

This iOS app is used to connect your SoundCloud account to WatchCloud.

How do I listen to music?

The ability to play music directly through the built-in speaker is available on the Apple Watch Series 10 and Apple Watch Ultra 2. These models feature redesigned speakers that support music playback without the need for external audio devices.

For an optimal listening experience and to preserve battery life, pairing your watch with Bluetooth headphones or speakers is recommended. Go to your watch's settings to ensure that the Bluetooth device is connected to your watch and not your phone.

Can I delete this app from my phone?

After completing the instructions to connect your account, verify that WatchCloud has been connected on your Apple Watch. The watchOS app will remain connected without this iOS app.

Can I connect to SoundCloud on my watch?

Yes, but there may be issues displaying the webpage for some of the login methods.

All login methods (soundcloud.com, Apple ID, FB, Google) work from this iPhone app.
