Hello and thanks for your interest. It is usable but not stable yet (meaning you could use it to find loops in single-cell datasets, but it requires some tuning), and I have all technical parts in place. I plan to make docs and example scripts/notebooks available next month, and I'm preparing manuscript recently. Feel free to try out and post issues/prs. Also if you want to discuss the analyses you want to do in your project, I'm open to that as well. |

Dear Developer,
I am a beginner in bioinformatics and have recently become very interested in your work on scLoop. I would like to ask whether the Python package has reached a sufficiently mature and stable stage for practical use in research projects. I am considering applying scLoop to my own single-cell analysis and, if it proves suitable, I plan to cite your work in my future publications. Thank you for developing this valuable tool. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards
