[Milestone] v1

If I had the power to make this a Milestone in GitHub, I would 😉
this is the list of things that I think are @spenserblack has already agreed upon as "things to do for the v1 release"
inspired by #44

• use path instead of wiki-directory Use path option instead of wiki-directory #52
• have repository input support bare user/repo slugs without github.com prefix Support bare user/repo slugs in repository input field #67
• have a dry-run input to not do push Add dry run #51
• mirror token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }} default token input format from other actions Make GitHub token inputs/behaviour work like other ecosystem actions #59

Although sometimes it's nice to have a meta-issue for some discussion, so let's leave this open 🙂

some other ideas for v1 things:

1. Change default folder to wiki #57 -- discussion is still open; i assume its still up for debate
2. Consider renaming to "spenserblack/publish-wiki-action" #17 (i know i said id never bring it up again)
3. rename the action in the action.yml from "update wiki" to the name from the readme's <h1> (yes this would change the marketplace url)
