multiple module instance count is incorrect if some already had value and some don't

if two instances present, they are instance 1 and instance 2,
add (copy/paste vs using MMM-Config), they should get instance 3/4, instead they get 1/2 again

Using the default naming, if the user has changed the name then default naming is ok
