Are specific sites within a domain possible to filter?

Let's say I have an app connecting to 
  - `github.com/safing/portmaster/releases`
  
This is all safe and good, so I'd like to allow it. But the rule is for the whole domain, so the app could then also connect to

 - `github.com/not-safing/not-portmaster/releases`

Is it possible to have a more granular set of blocking rules?
